REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns Eligibility
- You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- These items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Customized/personalized products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital products (downloads, gift cards)
Return Process
- Request Authorization:
Email returns@kutumia.com with:- Order number
- Product name & reason for return
- Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
- Wait for Approval:
We’ll email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 48 hours. - Ship Your Return:
- Use the original packaging if possible.
- Include the RAN on the package.
- Ship to:

Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Store Credit: Opt for instant Kutumia credit (+10% bonus for future purchases).
Exchanges
We’ll replace defective/wrong items at no cost. Email support@kutumia.com with photos and your order number.
Late/Missing Refunds?
First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post). If unresolved, email finance@kutumia.com
Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns: For our errors (wrong/damaged items).
- Customer-paid: For change-of-mind returns (we recommend insured tracking).
Non-Returnable Situations
No refunds if:
- Item shows signs of use/wear
- Missing parts/accessories
- Returned after 30 days
